Meighan
leads the overall direction, operations, and member-focused strategy of the Coconut Coast Organization of
REALTORS®. She works closely with the Board of Directors, committees, staff, community partners, and
REALTOR® leadership to advance CCOR’s mission and long-term growth.

Meighan has led the organization since being promoted from COO
after joining the association in 2014 as education coordinator. Under her leadership, the organization has
grown to more than 1,400 REALTOR® members and continues to expand its education, advocacy, and global
programming.
Jenna
supports CCOR’s executive operations and helps keep key internal systems, member service workflows, and
organizational processes moving efficiently. She works closely with the CEO and staff team on compliance,
operations, records, and member-facing support functions.

Katie
manages CCOR’s education and events calendar, including class planning, member events, registrations, and

renewals, and what they need to complete to stay on track.

Erica
oversees MLS support for CCOR members, including Matrix/SWFLAMLS questions, MLS issues, product updates,
and MLS-related training. She also coordinates MLS updates and teaches the monthly MLS class to help
members better understand the tools available to them.

Mariam
helps members from the moment they join and continues supporting them throughout their membership. She

Kevin
